Corrections and removal

Our research, our map, our directory and our free AI visibility check show what AI assistants said when we asked them about flight schools. Those answers sometimes name real schools, and they can be wrong. If a mention of your school, or of you, is inaccurate, out of date or unwanted, tell us and we will look at it.

Who can ask

• A flight school, through its owner, an officer or someone authorized to act for it.
• A person named in an AI answer we publish.
• Anyone who spots a factual error in our own writing, such as a wrong figure or a mislabelled chart.

What we can change, and what we can't

We do not edit archived AI answers. Each AI answer we report is a research record of exactly what a model said on a given date, and our statistics are traced back to it. AI assistants are run by other companies; we cannot change what they say.

What we can do:

• Correct our own statements, such as a figure, a label, a description, or a school's details in our directory.
• Add a note next to an AI answer or a school name, for example that a school has closed.
• Remove a name from our public pages where appropriate, for example when a school has closed or a mention concerns a private individual. The underlying record is kept privately so our published statistics stay verifiable.
• Fix our records so future research and checks identify the school correctly.
• Your own personal data (for example, a check you ran) is handled under our Privacy Policy.

We decide each request on its facts. We may decline a request to remove accurate, public information about a business, and we will tell you why.

What to send us

Email contact@clarkaviationmarketing.com with the subject “Correction request”, or write to Clark Aviation Marketing LLC, PO Box 1556, Boerne, TX 78006. Include:

• the school's name and location, or your name, as it appears;
• where you saw it: the page address, the map location or the check result, and the date if you know it;
• what is wrong or unwanted, and what you would like us to do;
• any evidence of the correct information, such as the school's website, FAA certificate details or proof of closure;
• your role at the school and a way to confirm it, such as writing from an email address at the school's domain, or, if you are writing about yourself, enough to confirm the mention is you.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
• We decide within 30 days of receiving everything we need, and tell you what we did and why.
• Changes to the directory are recorded in an internal log, which is not published. Errata to our published research stay public with the research.
• If you disagree with our decision, reply and ask us to reconsider; Carson Clark reviews appeals.
