Clark Aviation Marketing LLC reserves all rights in its reports, maps, datasets and compilations, including the selection and arrangement of the directory (together, the “Research”).

We do not claim copyright in facts, or in AI output itself. Our rights cover what we created: our text, maps, charts and methodology, and the way we selected and arranged the data. Use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Service.

Quoting our published statistics

You may briefly quote statistics we have published, with attribution and a link to clarkaviationmarketing.com. Please attribute them as:

• Clark Aviation Marketing, Southeast Flight School AI Visibility Study (2026)
• for our first study: Clark Aviation Marketing, Texas–Florida study (Sept 2026)

Please quote accurately, and do not present a statistic as measuring something other than what it measures: a specific AI model, asked specific questions, about a specific set of schools, at a specific time.

Anything else needs written authorization

Any other use of the Research, including reproducing, republishing or distributing our data, datasets, maps, charts, reports or the directory, in whole or in substantial part, needs prior written authorization signed by Carson Clark, Managing Member, or by another agent legally representing Clark Aviation Marketing LLC. Permission given any other way (for example, an unsigned email or a phone call) is not valid.

How to ask

Email contact@clarkaviationmarketing.com with the subject “Research permission request”, saying who you are, which part of the Research you want to use, and how, where and for how long. Or write to Clark Aviation Marketing LLC, PO Box 1556, Boerne, TX 78006.

Names of others

The Research records AI answers that name flight schools and other organizations. Their names and marks belong to their owners. See our Disclaimer.
