They are between you and Clark Aviation Marketing LLC. Using this site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
The free visibility check
The check on this site runs real queries against an AI model and reports what it finds. It is offered free, as is, and is limited to three runs per network per day so it stays available to everyone. What an AI model answers varies between runs and changes over time: a result is a measurement of what it said, when it said it, not a promise about what it will say tomorrow.
The revenue figure shown with a result is an arithmetic estimate built from assumptions you can edit on screen. It is not a valuation, a forecast, or a guarantee.
Our research
The study published on this site is our own work. Every answer behind it is archived and hashed, and the methodology is documented. You are welcome to cite it with attribution to Clark Aviation Marketing LLC. Please do not restate our figures as something other than what they measure: a specific model, asked specific questions, over a specific population, at a specific time.
Services
Work we do for a client is agreed separately in writing, including scope, price and term. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract for services. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, placement in AI answers, or revenue; those depend on systems we do not control.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or work around the limits on this site, and do not submit anyone else's personal information or content you do not have the right to send.
Our content
The text, design, code and research on this site belong to Clark Aviation Marketing LLC. What you submit stays yours; you give us permission to use it to run your check, prepare your audit and reply to you.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The site and the free check are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Clark Aviation Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to what you have paid us for it, which for the free tools is nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The specific venue for any dispute, and whether disputes go to arbitration, are being settled with counsel and will be named here.
Changes
